RoadRunner Recycling is a growing player in the commercial waste management space, leveraging data and technology to implement more efficient and sustainable solutions. The customer portal was our first venture into a customer-facing application as a way to scale our business more efficiently and increase our competitive advantage.

As the lead product designer on this project, I was responsible for the UX research, UX design, branding, and quality assurance of the MVP. I also supported product planning and launch efforts.
